Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting LeadSierra Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Lead to join our robust Cloud practice. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution using Oracle EPM tools such as
  • Planning & Budgeting and Narrative Reporting
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance procedures
  • Review and edit functional and technical project deliverables
  • Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering planning solutions
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • • 3 - 5+ years Budgeting and Forecasting experience• Experience with 2 – 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Service Budgeting (PBCS) project implementations• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with client staff, technical staff, and application users• Proven business knowledge as well as Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Cloud Service Budgeting (PBCS/ePBCS) application specific functional knowledge• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or equivalent

PREFFERED SKILLS
  • Experience or exposure to other cloud solutions (ARCS, Narrative Reporting)
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, etc.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a Financial Analysis, Budget Analysis, or Accounting role Implementation experience in the Public Sector or Higher Education verticals
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
  • Demonstrates follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
  • Communicates in an organized and knowledgeable manner
  • Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
  • Builds confidence and trust with clients
  • Displays effective analytical skills
  • Demonstrates efficient and effective abilities working with cloud based collaboration and file sharing platforms.
  • Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in roles implementing or using Planning and Accounting software, spreadsheets and similar tools.
