Order Processing Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing Clerk to join a distribution company in the North Miami area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Update and maintain order information in the system.

Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status and any issues.

Verify order details and ensure compliance with company policies.

Utilize Excel for order tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in order processing or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
