JOB SUMMARYResponsible to facilitate the employee performance process, leverage talent management systems, facilitate development programs, develop career paths to maximize engagement and retention, provide coaching and development throughout the employee lifecycle, as well as collaborate with business teams to determine development needs. Will also facilitate learning activities with business teams across the organization in both formal and informal workshops.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssess employee’s development needs to provide appropriate coaching and development resources that align talent with business priorities.

Serve as the main contact for employee talent management needs and assist with training all employees on the use of talent management systems.

Consult with business teams about organizational development initiatives and facilitate development activities to achieve the goals of the organization.

Design, communicate and implement change initiatives and develop marketing materials to drive talent management resource utilization.

Design, develop, coordinate, implement, facilitate and evaluate seminars, workshops or training programs for professional and management/leadership curricula.

Determine appropriate OD intervention (leadership coaching; teambuilding, etc.) and training methodology including OJT (On-the-Job Training), eLearning, Instructor-Led, Video Based, Simulations, etc.

Proactively and reactively analyze current processes, provide recommendations and implement improvements to achieve maximum utilization and value of talent management systems.

Develop training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials required for delivering effective learning opportunities.

Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders and perform analysis on data as required.

Facilitate leadership development opportunities for groups of employees across the organization.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with business teams.

Manage knowledge for supported initiatives and facilitate subject matter expert communication.

Champion the talent management systems within the HR organization, educating other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of the talent management system.

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and talent management practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSThree (3) years of experience in facilitation of group learning activities using adult learning principles, training, instructional design, performance, talent/organizational development, organizational leadership coaching, or other closely related area.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Proven track record in effectively collaborating with others to develop learning programs that achieve results of skill development delivered in a business environment.

Advanced knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience facilitating performance coaching and talent management solutions in a business environment.

Ability to travel for facilitation and workshop delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience administering a performance management system.

Previous experience facilitating organizational leadership coaching programs.

Certified in assessments relevant to leadership development and coaching; CPP, Hogan, Clifton Strengths, PI (Predictive Index), etc.

Certified facilitator in leadership development content; Crucial Conversations, DDI’s IM-EXL, or IM-BIL content.

Completion of the EPPP (Examination for Professional Practice of Psychology).

Credentialed talent development professional; CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or APTD (Associate Professional in Talent Development), CPT (Certified Performance Technologist).

Credentialed human resources professional; SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources, PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM SCP, or SHRM CP.

Familiarity with Human Performance Technology (HPT) theory and practice.

Knowledge of human resources procedures, employment law, and governing regulations.

WORKING CONDITIONSThis job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying.
