OTR Flatbed Driver

We are seeking a Dedicated Flatbed Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving and operating a flatbed. This role involves transporting freight safely and efficiently while adhering to all regulations and company policies. The driver will be responsible for load and unload operations, ensuring the secure transportation of goods. Driver must be able to strap and tapped.

Responsibilities

Operate a tractor-trailer with a focus on flatbed.

Safely load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, including forklifts when necessary.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and any incidents or delays encountered during transport.

Follow designated routes for delivery while being flexible to adapt to any changes in schedule or route as required.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise during transport.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial driving.

COMPENSATION: 25-30% weekly.

Weekly $1800-2100$

Requirements

6 months minimum experience

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with flatbed, tanker, or refrigerated trailers.

Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.

Experience with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities is essential.

Familiarity with freight handling procedures, including loading and unloading practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols while on the road.
