We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This in-office position requires a professional with experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Process payroll after client initiates in ADP

Prepare financial reports in quickbooks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Assist with tax preparation

Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and QBO)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting-preferred

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Associate’s or Relevant Experience

Ability to be punctual required

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, [20-25] hours per week

In-office position (No remote work)

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
