PART TIME Garden Maintenance

Senior couple seeking a responsible individual to work one full day (weather permitting) every week to help maintain their home.

Job requires cleaning out the garden beds by hand as well as using our gas powered garden vacuum, weeding, trimming shrubs, removing dead/damaged leaves, cutting back ground cover, removing debris, spreading stone, cleaning koi ponds, general clean up, plus painting fences and staining wood decks.

Light carpentry skills are very desirable to repair/replace wood decks and trim.

Paid at end of each day.

MUST BE STRONG AND HEALTHY

MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR OR TRUCK.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR CELL PHONE USE DURING WORKING HOURS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Light Carpentry Skills (primarily for deck repairs)

Outdoor Painting and Staining

Blow/vacuum out garden beds

Weeding

Trimming

Outdoor General Clean Up

Mulching and Stone Spreading

Power Washing

Hourly rate…$20.00+

paid at end of each day

ONE DAY PER WEEK
