PART TIME General Handyman and Garden Maintenance

Senior couple seeking a responsible individual to work one full day (weather permitting) every week to help maintain their home. Job requires light carpentry skills for wood deck repairs, exterior painting, power washing, other as needed.

Garden maintenance requires cleaning out garden beds, spreading stone, weeding, trimming, general clean up of yard, and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Paid at end of each day.

MUST BE STRONG AND HEALTHY

MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR OR TRUCK.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR CELL PHONE USE DURING WORKING HOURS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Light Carpentry Skills (primarily for deck repairs)

Outdoor Painting and Staining

Blow/vacuum out garden beds

Weeding

Trimming

Outdoor General Clean Up

Mulching and Stone Spreading

Power Washing

Hourly rate…$20.00+

paid at end of each day

ONE DAY PER WEEK
