Part Time Light Maintenance & Janitorial Position

Oceanfront Condominium in need of full-time maintenance person. Job requirements are:

Schedule –Weekdays - 20 hours per week (8:30am -12:30pm) with the possibility of increased hours as needed

Walk property daily looking for maintenance issues and litter collection

Empty all garbage as needed

Clean Pool areas (including tables, chairs and deck) daily

Remove debris on property as needed

Light Handyman Repairs as Needed: (Ex: LB replacement, etc)

Work with pest control for unit access as needed

Light painting

Other Duties as Assigned

Misc. ongoing light preventative maintenance tasks
