Job Title: Part-Time Spa Director

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation: $20-$22/hour + bonuses/commissions/tips

Schedule: 25 -32 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Job Overview

Day Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Part-Time Spa Director to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for wellness, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

Manage daily operations of the spa, including staffing, scheduling, and client services.

Oversee the performance and training of spa team members to maintain high service standards.

Address client concerns and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement strategies to increase spa sales, including memberships, retail products, and corporate wellness programs.

Monitor revenue goals and create action plans to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Financial Management

Assist in managing the spa’s budget, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.

Prepare monthly reports on spa performance, including revenue and client feedback.

Team Development

Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff to foster a positive and professional work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Event & Partnership Coordination

Plan and host spa events to drive customer engagement.

Establish partnerships with local businesses to promote corporate wellness packages and spa services.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.

Skills: Strong sales, marketing, and team management skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Technical: Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
