Partner Photographer/Videographer for Growing Real Estate Media Firm

FL Property Photography is an expanding photography firm dedicated to delivering professional, affordable real estate media to a wide range of clients. We are looking for reliable and talented contract photographers/videographers to join us as partner photographers in Naples, FL, and surrounding areas. This is a field-only position—NO EDITING REQUIRED—with consistent, growing work opportunities.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of real estate listings, including interiors, exteriors, amenities, views, and aerial drone footage. As our business grows, so do the opportunities. If you have additional skills—such as videography, gimbal work, or advanced drone operations—we can expand our services and increase your earning potential.

Requirements:

-DSLR or Mirrorless Camera

-12mm or 14mm wide-angle lens (fixed or zoom)

-Drone with a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License

-Reliable transportation and punctual communication (email/text)

-Ability to deliver files promptly to our cloud server

-Willingness to grow with a new, fast-paced company

Bonus Skills/Equipment (not required but a big plus):

-Videography experience (interior/exterior walkthroughs)

-Gimbal or stabilizer expertise for smooth video work

-Additional media capabilities (e.g., 360 tours, twilight shots)
