We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Crew Member to join our surveying team. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience in land surveying, and support projects that help shape infrastructure and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist survey crew in conducting field surveys for construction, boundary, and topographic projects.

- Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments and equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.).

- Collect accurate field data and ensure proper documentation of measurements.

- Follow instructions from crew chief and ensure safety protocols are observed.

- Assist with clearing survey lines, setting stakes, and marking boundaries.

- Perform basic calculations and note-taking as directed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training in surveying preferred).

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to lift and carry survey equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

- Previous surveying or construction experience is a plus but not required.
