Patient Service Representative

Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join a reputable non-profit organization located in the heart of downtown Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing patient information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The hourly compensation for this role is $18. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details

Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns

Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

Assist with billing and payment processing

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care

Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
