Bi-monthly payroll processing
Differentiation reports
Overtime tracking
Part-timers / timesheets weekly
Track / update PTO when needed
Commissions / Bonuses (monthly / quarterly / bi-yearly)
CoAdvantage maintenance
Bi-monthly 401k processing
Tracking loans / withdrawals
Helping controller with annual 401k audit
John Hancock maintenance
Payroll Budgets and analysis
Prepare semi-annual budgets
Perform regular analysis vs. budget and previous years
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, master's degree is a plus
Must have at least 5-7 years of payroll experience
Must have PEO experience
Must be excel savvy – Formulas, Pivots, VLOOKUPs, and power query experience
