Description Payroll & Benefits Specialist,Accounting Software Systems,ADP - Financial Services,ADP Workforce Now,Ceridian,Clients seeks support in payroll processing while working through personnel changes. Process a multi-state payroll consisting of non-exempt and exempt employeesProcess all deductions including garnishments, retirement plans and other miscellaneous deductionsWork with HR generalists and managers to ensure that all employee data is updated and maintained on an accurate and timely basisPerform weekly audits on new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, direct deposit and rate changesEnsure accurate calculations of PTO accrualsResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies as neededSubmit bi-weekly files to retirement vendor and complete reconciliation of retirement fundingMaintain timekeeping system ensuring data compliance with company policies and governmental regulations Requirements Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, 401k - RRSP Administration, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Benefit Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
