Email your resume to: ashleigh.jacobs@randstadusa.comsalary: $28 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesDuties Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, (new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates). Ensure Time and Attendance data is accurate and maintain system. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Process time off requests Cross-function collaboration with Human Resources. Partner with HR for Payroll communication and update to Associates. Processes Wage Garnishments and Stale Dated Checks. Ensures compliance with State Payroll Taxes.Skills
