- BSEE or similar with proficiency in a PCB design tool, preferably Cadence OrCAD
- PCB design strategies and techniques to meet EMI/EMC requirements
- Signal and Power Integrity analysis methods and tools
- Schematic capture, Component selection and symbol/footprint creation and pre-production design validation via SPICE Simulation
- Board layout and Electrical/mechanical board constraint definition and validation
- Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
