Must Have: - 6 - 8 years of experience working as a PCCE Engineer
- Experienced with Cisco TAC, UCCE platforms, CUCM, and Finesse
- Worked with ESXi, CVP, SQL query, LAN/WAN Networks, TDM, and RCD/TCD
- Well versed with Circuits / Signaling Protocols, release management process, and enterprise level IP
