Rank will be commensurate with qualifications. Responsibilities include patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings and teaching pediatric endocrinology fellows, pediatric residents, and medical students.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a talented team with 9 endocrine faculty, APRNs, nurses, dieticians, diabetes educators, and a team of medical and administrative assistants who assist us in the care of our patients. Our team was recognized as one of the nation’s top 10 pediatric diabetes and endocrinology specialty programs according to the 2023-24 U.S. News & World Report Rankings.The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is dedicated to providing the highest-quality, compassionate, state-of-the-art care for children and families affected by diabetes and other endocrine disorders. We serve more than 1000+ children and young adults with diabetes, have an active diabetes technology program, and are internationally known for our type 1 diabetes research. We are also home to the nation’s largest program for Prader-Willi syndrome and have a multidisciplinary obesity/metabolic program, gender health clinic, bisphosphonate infusion program, and general endocrinology clinics. Our faculty pride themselves on being able to teach and train the next generation of pediatric endocrinologists. We have a three-year Pediatric Endocrine fellowship program that provides comprehensive education, research, quality improvement, and advocacy opportunities for future leaders in pediatric endocrinology.
