OverviewUnder limited direction, analyzes and consults on complex business needs specific to client pricing concessions in the Paychex PEO. Works with key stakeholders to identify, document, and strategize these issues, identify key components, and propose solutions. Leverages options within Paychex PEO pricing strategy to drive revenue and client retention.Responsibilities

Represents the PEO specialty group support function to assist Service, Operations, Sales, and other business units with client pricing concessions while offering strategic and optimal solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Understands business problems specific to Company initiatives and opportunities; recommends solutions to management to enable the organization to achieve goals.

Identifies and improves business processes through analysis and recommendations to maximize departmental efficiency. Analyzes and maps current processes and potential future state to improve operating efficiencies.

Evaluates alternative methods and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, materials, and equipment to provide the best solution for the company and the client.

Analyzes and interprets data from departmental metrics and other resources; provides results to management.

Maintains relevance on PEO industry pricing trends and seeks out insights to aid in functional competitiveness.

Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

3 years of experience in PEO/HCM industry experience.

3 years of experience in Customer service.

2 years of experience in Flex and/or Prism experience.
