PEO New Business Sales Analyst - CST or EST Times Zones Only

OverviewThis position is primarily responsible for partnering with sales for company growth via new business. Point of contact for sales reps and possible contact with prospects during initial data collection for underwriting, proposal and contracts. Successfully moving clients through underwriting and contractual process, then turnover to implementation while maintaining positive client experience throughout the sales process.Responsibilities

Work with sales on obtaining necessary underwriting items and approvals

Reconciles all underwriting documents and information; sends one discrepancy email to sales representative.

Prepares contractual packets and addendums for prospects

Interacts with prospects and sales via phone calls and email and some virtual video communication.

Serves as liaison between prospect, sales and internal departments until fully transferred to implementation

Review client data and ensure accuracy.

Communicates, collects, and submits open discrepancy items for contract complete.

Work with leaders on any necessary escalations needed for underwriting, pricing and contracts

Responsible for effective working relationship with prospects, sales and internal departments

Responds to prospects, sales and all other inquiries within SLA of 24 hours

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma - Required

Associate's Degree - Required

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

2 years of experience in a sales supporting role.

2 years of experience in PEO Knowledge.

CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for thispp position is $23.19 - $33.13 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
