State Specific Work Comp Codes on Job Code Table
New State regulations require employers to use a different Workers Compensation Class Code for any remote workers
Oracle doesn’t provide a resolution for this so in order to NOT create hundreds of job codes, we’d like to create a process that will assign the Workers Comp Class Code based upon the state linked to the Location table. This would eliminate the need to create and maintain state specific job codes for all remote positions
Update Existing and Create New Queries/Reports for HR/Payroll needs
During our Tools Upgrade last year, we found that many queries that are still used today are outdated or inaccurate. To better assist our users and reduce the daily data requests, I’d like to look at updating existing and creating new queries based upon need by our current users.
