$16 Per Hour Janitor for Condominium

Condominium in Pompano Beach is currently interviewing for janitorial / maintenance man for common area maintenance (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds.

Must have at least 5 years prior experience in a similar role for a condominium. The position requires leadership and communication in English.

Must possess experience in performing BOTH janitorial and maintenance work (drywall repairs, painting etc)

Work Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday through Friday.

Pay is $16 per hour
