$15 Per Hour Maintenance Man for Condominium

Condominium in Boca Raton is currently interviewing for janitorial / maintenance man for common area maintenance (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds.

Must have at least 3 years prior experience in a similar role for a condominium. The position requires leadership and communication in English.

Must possess experience in performing BOTH janitorial and maintenance work (drywall repairs, painting etc)

Work Hours 7:30am - 5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

7:30am - 11:30am - Sunday

40 Hours Per Week

Days off: Wednesday and Saturday

Pay is $15 per hour
