Personal Assistant

Seeking an energetic, organized, assistant to support in the inspection of luxury homes and condos in North Naples. Candidate must be customer driven, efficient, detail oriented, with knowledge of concierge services and property management. The candidate must be professional, pro-active with service, trustworthy and reliable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. shopping, running errands, shipping mail, and the handling of delivery items

2.Informs owner of any malfunctions or damages found during inspections

3. Preparing homes and vehicles for arriving and departing residents

Qualifications: a valid driver's license, previous customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 30 pounds and climb a ladder.
