Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeks experienced Pre-Suit Case manager. $18 to $23 per hour.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Tracking and documenting client's medical treatment;

2. Make first reports of claims to insurance companies;

3. Obtain documents from clients and insurance companies to move personal injury cases forward;

4. Request Records from Hospitals and other Medical Providers;

5. Prepare Settlement Demand Packages;

6. Negotiate reductions of medical bills with providers;

7. Draft Closing Statements;

6. Scan and File Documents into electronic file.

We are seeking candidates with top organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have great attention to detail. SPANISH SPEAKING A MUST. Submit resume.
