We handle a wide range of new residential, apartments, & light commercial plumbing projects and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and teamwork on every job site.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews in the field.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Plan work assignments to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Inspect ongoing and completed work to verify quality and accuracy.

Communicate effectively with builders and team members.

Provide technical support, leadership, and training to the team.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment logistics for each project.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
