Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years directly related experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Awareness of safety issues, follows safety rules, maintains a safe work environment

Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, water heaters

Familiarity with drain cleaning, hydra-jetting and lift station maintenance

Working knowledge of Florida plumbing code

Have great communication skills and practiced documentation skills

Has an understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities

Attention to detail

Good attendance history

Familiar with all equipment for troubleshooting plumbing problems

Comfortable using assorted power tools

Must have a valid Florida’s drivers license (clean driving record)
