Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SERVICE Plumber with minimum 10 years' experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Must be able to diagnose plumbing issues and upsell when needed. Ideal candidate needs to have clean driver's license and pass a drug test. Punctuality and organization is a requirment. Must have good work ethics and a positive attitude and outlook on day-to-day tasks. Fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout all work performed.

Provide maintenance person services as needed for minor repairs or adjustments.

Leak detections and diagnostics

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.

Time management for all daily tasks assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.

Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and stand for extended periods.

Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

Clean driving record and drug test.

Drain cleaning including jetting and snaking is required.
