PM (Business Intelligence Analyst) - LATAM

Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager specializing in BI/BA, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes, centralizing intake requests, tracking ongoing projects, and managing resources.Responsibilities Include:

Intake Request Handling:

  Receive and process intake requests promptly.

  Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.

  Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Project Tracking and Reporting:

  Regularly update project status and milestones.

  Collaborate with directors to identify potential risks and adjust project plans.

  Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Resource Allocation and Capacity Planning:

  Work closely with resource managers to allocate resources effectively.

  Monitor team capacity and adjust assignments as needed.

  Anticipate resource gaps and propose solutions.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

  Identify bottlenecks, risks, and potential issues.

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in BI or data analytics projects.

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and project management software.

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
