The Mission Resort and Clubis looking for a Pool Bartender. Located in Florida’s hill county and spread over 500 acres, Mission Resort is home to four restaurants, 16,000 square feet of meeting space, two golf courses, and a 250-room inn.The Pool Bartender position requires a thorough understanding of various aspects, such as bar inventory, wine selection, state laws, and guidelines for beverage service, as well as effective suggestive selling techniques to address guest inquiries.As the Pool Bartender, your primary responsibility is to uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction. This involves consistently performing duties while also ensuring the appealing appearance of the resort's pool areas and grounds.Your role as the Pool Bartender entails continuous interaction with guests, providing food and refreshments, maintaining the bar area's cleanliness, addressing member and guest requests or challenges, and offering support to the pool team as required.
