ARC Group is recruiting a Pool Maintenance Technician for Paddock Construction Co., Inc., supporting operations at their Mayport pool. This is a hands-on, direct hire role responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and fully operational swimming pool systems. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, technically skilled, and able to manage chemical control, equipment maintenance, and detailed documentation required for government standards and occasional government audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain pool cleanliness, chemical levels, and overall water quality

Operate, maintain, and clean pool equipment, including robotic vacuums

Handle and maintain CO2 tanks safely

Conduct pool testing three times daily and record results accurately

Perform pump room and chemical room maintenance, including lubricating pumps, valves, and motors

Maintain detailed records and documentation

Troubleshoot and respond to equipment failures as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to swim and perform all pool maintenance duties

2+ years of pool maintenance experience preferred

Valid Driver's License and must pass background check and drug test

OSHA 10 certification required after hire

First Aid and CPR certification preferred

Experience with CO2 tank handling and related training preferred

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety-conscious mindset

Solid technical and mechanical aptitude

Schedule:

Full-Time- 8 hours a week Pool Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5 days/week
