As a Pool Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of resort pools, spas, and pool support systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while helping provide an exceptional guest experience.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as a Pool Operator: Monitor and maintain proper pool and spa water chemistry in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
Test water quality using approved testing methods and adjust chemical levels as needed.
Clean pools, spas, filters, decks, pump rooms, pool furniture, tile, and surrounding areas.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, heaters, plumbing, chemical feed systems, underwater lighting, ladders, and other pool equipment.
Maintain and repair pool restroom fixtures and support areas.
Deep clean pool decks and equipment areas as scheduled.
Deliver chemicals, equipment, and supplies to assigned pool locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and identify potential hazards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
