Job Family: Customer ServicesReq ID: 324952Position OverviewSiemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for someone to conduct our Functional Excellence activities within the Siemens GBS Purchase to Pay (P2P) Business Line. This business line includes services related to both procurement and accounts payable. Functional excellence supports P2P services cross functionally. This position requires a customer centric person, who oversees the service performance, pursues service growth opportunities, and supports the service lines to become “best in class” operations. This lead would also focus on supporting Customer Delivery Managers team and related activities.Our successful candidate demonstrates a strong customer focus, thrives for top-class processes, and ensures internal and external customers’ needs are being met and exceeded where possible. Our highly collaborative candidate is strongly motivated to proactively engage with colleagues from the different P2P service lines as well as with customers to understand their requirements.Areas of ResponsibilityQuality SupportResponsible for Quality topics across P2P service lines, including significant incidents monitoring and resolution, Corrective and Preventive Actions analysis (CAPA), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Continuous Improvement Maturity Model (CIMM)

Responsible for ISO 9000 within P2P. Update of process documents / procedures / instructions and controls.

Support KPI’s definition, monitoring of existing KPI’s and development of potential new key performance indicators. Provide business analytics to support transparency in business.

Audit SupportResponsible for audit team support, ongoing continuous monitoring activities, controls review and implementation of mitigating controls.

“Future of Work”Support “Future of Work” implementation. FoW initiative focus on strengthen people development and excellence by adopting a growth mindset and creating engaged communities.

Support and coordinate team events, team building activities

Define Training Plans according to business line needs. Identify new trainings / learning courses for upskilling and reskilling

Tool Provider ManagementCoordinate external service providers for P2P. Support negotiation of contracts by defining business requirements.

Deep dive on market potential to determine best source for P2P support services, such as scanning solutions or vendor portal.

Customer Management SupportSupport Customer Demand Managers (CDM’s) with white spot analysis to grow and develop the business.

Supports CDM’s with customer meetings and reports.

Support proposal and ISA generation.

Maintain positive relationship with Customers and identify Customer needs / requirements.

Support measures for customer satisfaction improvement.

Experience, Skills / Capabilities and Education3 plus years in comparable business setting, P2P, Procurement and Quality process expertise

Experience with SAP is required

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.

6-Sigma Certification preferred

Ability to listen, support, and collaborate with other team members

BS/BA in related discipline. Will consider equivalent combination of other education and experience
