Operate and Maintain Test Equipment: Utilize HP4062/4073 testers with EG2080, EG4090, and TEL Precio XL probers, leveraging custom RMB code. Work with HP8753 and Cascade full-temperature probers using HP IC-CAP software. Manage Agilent B1500 with a manual probe station. Utilize miscellaneous test equipment, including HP4145, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators. Inventory Management: Handle wafer inventory from previous silicon wafers. Measurement Tasks: Perform measurements on package parts. Conduct transient manual measurements, such as Gate charge and Reverse recovery. Generate Bond Diagrams for packages. Design and order test boards.
