Process Manager II - QC Analyst

As a Process Manager II - QC Analyst in Centralized Controls, you will perform quality checks (QC) to ensure required documentation and approvals are present to ensure compliance with Firmwide policy & Data & Analytics procedures. This includes the identification of issues and being able to effectively communicate with those responsible to remediate as well as provide coaching to prevent the same errors from reoccurring.Job Responsibilities -

Execute mitigation/control testing with a high degree of quality and accurate results - QC

Document findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills -

Detailed, deadline oriented, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to communicate written and verbal to varied audiences and to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills -

Functional banking industry experience in controls, risk, and or quality

Ability to investigate and solve complex problems
