As you embark on a new journey, you'll seek challenges with flexibility and patience, learning new skills and advancing your career while having the time of your life Why You'll Love This Job: Being a member of DTCC's Process Excellence COE, the Process Model & Design Associate is responsible for modeling and redesigning process across the organization utilizing established best-practices. The individual will refine and implement process modeling and governance frameworks, and be responsible for working collaboratively with partners (including Businesses, Operations, Business Architecture, controls groups and others) in creating current state process models and crafting future state processes to improve customer satisfaction, risk and efficiency, using in depth knowledge of process modeling and redesign, documentation, analysis and quality assurance. The candidate will also maintain taxonomies for business processes in a BPMN design tool as the central repository for process related information. The Process Model & Design Associate will engage with partners at various levels in the organization to promote the capabilities of the Process Excellence COE and enable widespread adoption of the process modeling standards and design tool. The COE will play a direct role in enabling large scale multi-year transformation to modernize processes, core systems and applications. Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Model current state processes and design processes to drive improved customer satisfaction, risk and efficiency, using BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Work with Quality Assurance team members to ensure data is fit for intended use
  • Refine standards and frameworks for processes modeling and redesign, including process taxonomy / hierarchy
  • Implement and influence evolution of COE governance and operating model
  • Coordinate with partners to align process metadata
  • Track and report on KIPIs for process performance
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise, high quality presentations to partners and senior leadership that provides the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience
  • Establish strong working relationships with key partners at various levels throughout the organization
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with master's or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Experience in applying process improvement methodologies in process improvement / transformation project or initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, PDCA, etc.) - certification is a plus
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0
  • Self-starter with a proven track record to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
