Min 10+ years of demonstrated experience with large-scale Technology projects and 5+ years with BMC Remedy/Helix installations/upgrades/configurations/development/data migration tools/troubleshooting approaches/integrating Active Directory plus have experience to upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data.3) can provide at least 3 verifiable experience from completed and/or substantially completed jobs that closely match this request (Filling the client provided form) + fill out a skill Matrix + Sign a resume certification form4) Can go through a background check including fingerprinting + Agree to a Face to face interview OR a WEB CAM Interview (at your own cost)5) have A Competitive Rate 6) will be available in March 2023 timeframe as it takes a minimum of 3 weeks for a start after a successful interview.US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. MANDATORY Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements

Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or2. Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.10+ years in IT.Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)Proficient in the English languageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience to upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data

Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools

Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updatesExperience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvalsExperience with migrating code and data into Remedy environmentsAbility to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches)
