The GT Identity & Access Management team has a vision - to make access controls invisible, while maintaining a high level of security. We are looking for creative, customer-driven, solution-oriented product marketers to join the team.As a key member of the Product Marketing team, the Product Marketer will build the framework, tooling and practices for product marketing in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) product line and work with IAM product teams and customer to develop, refine and implement effective product positioning, messaging materials and marketing communications. Note: This is not a Product Management or Product Owner role.Responsibilities:

Execute and lead cross-product line engagements to promote, drive and measure success for IAM control solutions.

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and User Experience on strategy and plans.

Drive new and existing product positioning and messaging

Launch and drive marketing campaigns to ensure customers/users understand product and solution value

Create and maintain internal and external product materials including messaging, decks, launch materials, and narratives to accelerate the product adoption momentum .

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic messages and content through relevant internal channels

Partner across Global Technology Product Lines to align marketing plans to strategic business objectives and milestones for customer awareness and adoption

Utilize market trends, competitive and user research to shape how we position our solutions, maintain and evangelize product knowledge and act as a voice of customer

Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements

Required Experience:

7+ years of professional experience with product marketing management, consulting or a strategy-related role in Financial Services technology

Proven track record and passionate about creating compelling product messaging and Go-to-Market strategies that align with the needs of the customer

Experience developing clear and compelling messaging clearly differentiates our offering and communicate superiority of our solutions

Customer-oriented mindset

Proven success navigating matrixed organizations to drive results

Comfortable with, and an advocate for, ongoing change.

Able to pivot quickly based on changing business demands or environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications, and presentations.

Solutions-driven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Polished executive presence, track-record of flawless execution and delivering strong results

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred, but not required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA strongly preferred

Experience working in the small and medium-sized business industry or payments

Passion for physical products/hardware and experience launching new physical products to market
