Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and handle escalated customer issues

Research and analyze trends of KPI’s

Assist management with the hiring process, onboarding, and training of new hires

Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices, continuing expectations and performance metrics related to team and departmental goals

Monitor, coach, and support team members on day-to-day basis

Facilitate training needed for new product rollouts or refresher training for existing products

Establish and deliver coordinated and up to date new employee training for EDI roles

Facilitate additional training needed for new product roll outs or refresher training for existing products

Point person on attending and disseminating PRT initiatives/updates as outlined by Product, maintain defined interval engagements with key 3rd Party Business Partners, liaise between Support, Product, Development, and IT Operational teams regarding aged customer technical/product defects

Team Project work to include but not limited to process improvement implementation, document and maintain department processes and customer communication templates

Coordinate with Level 2 and IT on the tracking, prioritization, and completion or customer/product-level development CRs in product backlog

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

3+ years of experience of EDI Exchange technical support in a healthcare environment

Experience in healthcare with an understanding of product support and product management

Experience working on cross functional projects that involve all levels of management

Experience with creating content curriculum and delivery

Experience with CRM’s (SAP, Salesforce, OnBase, HIPAA X12, SQL, APIs)

Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint

Experience in quality assurance

Supervisor or team lead experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Advanced knowledge of healthcare transactions/components, specific product-line functions

Telecommuting Requirements:

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
