Production Supervisor/ Beverage Manufacturing

A local company who manufactures beverage products is now seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to join the team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the canning production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

Pay rate: $25-$28 Based on experience.

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday ONLY 4 days ON - 3 days OFF

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the production team to meet production goals and deadlines

Train and mentor production staff on proper techniques and procedures

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards

Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs

Maintain accurate production records and report

Implement measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Experience:

Previous experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food manufacturing

Previous experience in a canning leadership role in a manufacturing is a MUST

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Follow all GMP’S (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
