This position is in the Division of Technology and Innovation, Bureau of Education Data Center. The Program Management Director position reports to the Chief Technology Officer and acts as the manager over the Access Management team and Infrastructure team. Position Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage and maintain services and functions within the multiple admin centers of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. Education Data Center has a diverse set of technology platforms requiring support. An advanced level of skill is required for this position in one or more of the technologies and/or platforms. This is the lead system administration position in the section and is responsible for implementing and deploying the Agency's Cloud First initiatives. This position requires one to be knowledgeable in Cloud based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Akamai, Varonis and Identity and Access Management. Perform System Administration type activities in a Microsoft environment, preferably Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, IIS 7.0/7.5, SSL requests and implementations, DNS and DHCP requests. Configure, administer and monitor Agency hosted Application Servers and technical support of complex vendor application software such as Teacher Certification systems, Office of Student Financial Aid, SAS BI and SAS MDM applications. Perform configuration of SSRS reports, Single Sign-On and TIBCO administration tasks, utilize ETL tools, and manage SSL certificates/domains. Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio or higher in troubleshooting and providing application support. Adheres to and follows State of Florida Cybersecurity Chapter 60GG-2 standards (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover). Assures that confidential data are handled, stored, and disposed of as required by Federal and State law and data exchange agreements by administering data security procedures that meet or exceed those requirements. Ensures data management efforts conform to DOE standards and align with DOE agency priorities. Produce technical documentation in a timely manner and all processes and procedures are completely documented for hardware/software installation and use. Assist with reviewing administrative policies, procedures, guidelines that support. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to troubleshoot and support Microsoft and third party products.

Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Linux Operating Systems.

Knowledge and implementation of Azure technologies.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

24/7 System Monitoring and timely response to alerts.

The employee must be productive under tight timeframes, balance multiple and competing priorities and maintain goal-directed behavior and performance sometimes under stressful conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of Systems Administration in an enterprise environment; or

three (3) years of experience at a supervisory level overseeing technical infrastructure programs.

Educational Substitutions:

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University in Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related area, including technical expertise is current hardware and software technologies.

Leave Information:

Annual Leave- Employees in Senior Management Service and Selected Exempt Service positions are credited with 176 hours of annual leave upon appointment. In subsequent years, the annual allotment is credited on the anniversary date of the initial appointment.
