Programmer Analyst

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Programmer Analyst in Riviera Beach, Florida. This role involves working as part of our manufacturing team, using CAD software and CNC programming skills to develop and optimize production processes.Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints and design models, utilizing them to create computer models for manufacturing processes. Select and manage cutting tools for the job, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and maintain high quality standards. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the instructional design process, applying problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Collaborate with router specialists, engineers, and fabricators to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. Keep up with technology trends and adapt to changes in the industry, ensuring that our manufacturing processes remain up-to-date. Revise programs and documentation according to engineering changes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Maintain a library of programs, ensuring easy access and organization. Develop Routers for projects to streamline and automate processes. Design work holding and select cutting tools, using product development skills to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
