Key Responsibilities:

- Create innovative design concepts.

- Produce construction documents compliant with the Florida Building Code.

- Engage in all project phases, from initial design to completion.

- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

- Utilize 3D modeling and visualization tools to bring designs to life.

- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

- Professional degree in Architecture.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience producing construction documents based on the Florida Building Code.

- Continuous professional working experience of 4+ years.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, particularly Revit (current version) and AutoCAD.

- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.

- Collaborative and professional work ethic.

- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

- Proficiency in production programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketchup (a strong plus).

- Project management experience is highly desirable.
