The Project Coordinator plays a vital supporting role in our production process. Working in the production department, you will be responsible for delivering materials, ensuring crews have the necessary tools and supplies, and assisting with documentation and quality control tasks. This role helps ensure that each project runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Duties
Support crews by transporting replacement materials, supplies, and safety equipment
Document material returns and ensure accurate tracking of inventory
Help maintain job site cleanliness by providing trash bags, magnets, or catch-all equipment
Take progress photos as directed and assist in updating CompanyCam and Jobber
Communicate with warehouse/supply houses to coordinate timely pickups and deliveries
Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle roofing materials
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written
Ability to work with mobile apps and digital checklists (e.g., CompanyCam, Jobber)
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment
Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
