Project Finance Counsel

Description Robert Half is partnering with a global company that is expanding and seeking a corporate counsel with 3+ years’ experience for its Miami office. This attorney will report into the General Counsel. Company provides remote flexibility (3 days in office/ 2 days WFH); along with excellent benefits including 6% contribution to 401k and 4+ weeks paid time off. Job duties include:

Responsible for complex public-private partnership and project financing transactions

Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsible for project finance and corporate governance issues related to PPP projects

Draft, review and negotiate agreements, including project agreements, design-build agreements, operating agreements, consulting agreements, and confidentiality agreements

Manage outside counsel

JD from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in any state bar

3+ years of project finance experience at a mid to large law firm

Project finance law firm experience required

Infrastructure, construction and PPP project experience is preferred
