Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. This role involves overseeing assigned projects, ensuring they meet necessary quality, safety, and scheduling standards. The successful candidate will engage with a range of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.Responsibilities: Assisting in the management of assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety goals. Monitoring the work quality, safety performance, and productivity schedule compliance on assigned projects. Participating in project walk downs, validating completed work against design requirements, and reviewing contractor payment requests. Resolving technical issues, ensuring proper resource allocation, and assessing field status as required. Coordinating project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials. Reinforcing expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff. Assisting in scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, scheduling and work-in-progress. Coordinating activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration. Interfacing with projects' designated management committee. Performing other job-related duties as assigned. This role requires skills in reporting, analytics, compliance, payment processing, budget processes, quality, scheduling, project management, workstation support, vendor management, productivity, engineering, construction, suppliers, compliance assurance, oversight, technical issues resolution, commission functions, expense account management, validation plans, corrective action, contract administration, cyber, and interfaces. Requirements Proven experience in project management and consultation Proficiency in reporting and analytics Strong understanding of compliance and payment processing Experience with budget processes and quality assurance Experience in scheduling and managing project timelines Knowledge of workstation support and vendor management Expertise in tracking project progress and maintaining productivity Background in engineering and construction is a plus Ability to work with suppliers and ensure compliance Ability to provide oversight and resolve technical issues Experience in commission functions and managing expense accounts Knowledge of validation plans and corrective action procedures Proficiency in contract administration Understanding of cyber security protocols Ability to work with various software interfaces Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
