Project ManagerBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Project Manager / Program Manager (Jersey City NJ /Tampa FL / New Castle DE) We place consultants for end clients all over USA. Job Title: Project Manager / Program Manager Location: Jersey City NJ /Tampa FL / New Castle DE Anticipated Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extension or permanent depending on the performance of the candidate and client need Key Responsibilities include:Ensuring deliverables across asset classes are clearly defined, agreed upon and managed through weekly working sessions and formal monthly governance forumsAct as a change agent to implement best practices and ensure transparency and consistency across teamsDevelop reporting/metrics to provide senior leadership with insights on opportunities and risk related to the programManage program/project reporting and related artifacts (e.g. closure documents, project plans, etc.)Creation of C level presentations to communicate strategy, programs, and month over month progress Required Skills7+ years of program/project management experience in large scale organization or consultingExceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong relationship building skillsStrong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficientlyHighly analytical individual with the ability to work independently when needed and exemplary documentation skillsStrong ability to influence, drive direction and resultsAbility to focus and deliver high quality work while under pressureAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio and ProjectAbout BCforward:BCforward began as an IT business solution and staffing firm.
