You will be part of a team that provides an innovative, modernized, IT life-cycle management system to USCENTCOM, including next-generation IT infrastructure cloud services and end-to-end automation. The CITS program provides USCENTCOM with the capability to maintain high readiness rates for an innovative enterprise IT infrastructure on a global scale.Primary Responsibilities:

Ensures the comprehensive management of information and knowledge assets across the organization, enhancing decision-making at all levels. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of knowledge, from creation to application, encompassing activities such as creation, collection, validation, storage, distribution, assimilation, and utilization.

Designs and implements the architecture for IT service knowledge, establishing frameworks and structures to efficiently manage and leverage IT-related information assets.

Sets standards for capturing and exchanging content, ensuring consistency and compatibility across platforms and systems.

Supports the lifecycle management of data and knowledge assets, ensuring they remain relevant, accurate, and valuable over time.

Contributes insights and recommendations to develop a robust Knowledge Management Plan, drawing from thorough process analysis and leveraging advancements in enterprise information technology.

Executes various knowledge management functions, including the development of knowledge portal sites, conducting knowledge audits, analyzing processes, and monitoring SharePoint performance, aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Drives improvements in IT systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.

Plays a pivotal role in maintaining and updating a Government-provided Knowledge Management portal, offering real-time updates on Knowledge Management activities to the Government Knowledge Manager.

Utilizes Knowledge Management resources to prioritize and support both internal and external IT service management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Direct project team personnel, manage schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface.

Provide strong, proactive, and assertive leadership skills that engage multidiscipline work teams to respond to business needs for assigned projects.

Manage project teams that typically includes multiple vendors and work centers.

Present project related information potentially to the customer, internal leadership and peers. 

Create project management plans, set expectations, and ensure the project plans are driven by organizational procedures.

Coordinates with cross-functional project stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables.

Ensures that requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per organizational/PMO standards.

Ensures projects are delivered on-time and remain in scope. 

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Experienced in utilizing the MS Office suite for various tasks, including document creation, data analysis, and presentations, facilitating efficient project management and communication.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.

Committed to providing excellent customer service, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the USCENTCOM customer performing enterprise IT services.

Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, showcasing expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
