Project Manager

Description We are searching for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in the Advertising industry, based in Coconut Grove, Florida. This role primarily involves managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising between the creative and new business teams, and will have the opportunity to work on projects spanning various media, including TV, digital, and print.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion Collaborate closely with the creative and new business teams to ensure project objectives are met Utilize project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Handle any project-related queries from clients and provide solutions in a timely manner Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement Utilize digital and traditional project management experience to deliver high-quality results. Requirements Candidates should possess a strong background in the advertising industry, with a focus on project management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools to track project progress and manage resources efficiently. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful completion. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving project goals. Exceptional organizational skills to manage project tasks, documents, and information efficiently. Ability to anticipate project risks and devise contingency plans proactively. Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changes in project scope or timeline. Sound understanding of the advertising industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities. Proven track record of successfully completed projects in the advertising industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications in project management are desirable. High standard of professional ethics and compliance with industry regulations. Willingness to continually learn and stay updated with industry advancements.
