Project Manager

Description Company: Software Company for IT Solution ProvidersLocation: Remote (preferably in EST; Tampa location is a plus for in-office training)Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year (potential for long-term)Hours: 30 hours per weekWorkday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday; twice a month, 5:00 PM meetings for international teamRole Overview:As a Project Manager for the Marketing team, you will coordinate with the North American and International Demand Generation teams, Product Marketing Managers, and Creative teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, assigning tasks, and overseeing project progress using our project management system. You should be adaptable to quick project turnarounds and able to handle unexpected tasks as they arise.Requirements Software Experience:

Workamig (preferred)

Asana (a plus)

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience Level:

2-3 years, mid-level preferred, but qualified candidates will be considered

Familiarity with marketing basics, copywriting, design, and digital asset creation

Timeline:
